Tryout Information: 2011-2012 season

 

The CFJ is still holding tryouts throughout the summer and into the fall season for many teams and age groups (Girls and Boys, U7-U18). Contact the office today to find out more information.

Please pre-register with CFJ by filling out two forms the tryout form and IYSA Emergency Medical Release Form sending it into the CFJ office. For more information on our program, teams or club please contact the CFJ office at (630) 245-8502.

Two forms needed:

Registration Form 2011-2012 and IYSA Emergency Medical Release

This year players can opt to tryout for merged community based teams at U10-U11 Boys and Girls. Players can still sign up to play within their community (Wheaton and Naperville) but at each age group the club aim to create an ability based team as the player pool is deeper across the club. These teams will follow suit with the club's Project 2016 programming. More information on these team can be gained at each tryout or by calling the CFJ office.
