Registration Process 2009-2010
1. Click here to register a player on-line (initial login). Click "Login" above to sign back in. Payments can NOT be made on-line. Please do not enter any payment information in e7. If you have financial questions, please contact CFJ Director of Finance Debbie Peterson at (630) 245-8502.
2. You will then need to fill out the Payment Authorization Form (boys and girls), IYSA Medical Release Form (boys and girls), IWSL Registration Form (girls only), NISL Registration Form (boys only), US Club Soccer Registration/ Release Form (boys only) and bring the appropriate forms, your player/ players to get their picture taken and a copy of their birth certificate or passport to one of the registration nights listed below;
The registration nights have already passed. Now, players must drop off the registration paperwork listed below at the CFJ office at the address listed below. If you have any questions, the CFJ office can be reached at (630) 245-8502.

High School Boys Registration and Informational Meeting Night
October 21st, 7:00pm
Memorial Room at Wheaton Community Center- 1777 Blanchard Rd., Wheaton IL
CFJ will hold a High School Boys registration and Informational Meeting Night on October 21st at 7:00pm in the Memorial Room of the Wheaton Community Center for registered CFJ players. During this meeting parents and players will be able to meet CFJ High School Boys coaching staff and team managers. A briefing on CFJ's high school boys program will also take place and will include information on travel, logistics, and tournaments. All Development Academy players will have team meetings that evening with the coaching staff. All other high school boys players will have team meeting during the season. The meeting for Development Academy players is mandatory.
