Hagans host Haiti Benefit, CJ Brown attends

On Sunday, January 31st, Chicago Fire captain and CFJ High School Boys Assistant Director of Coaching CJ Brown attended a clinic that benefited those affected by earthquake in Haiti last month. The clinic was originally scheduled to be a birthday party for Cade Hagan. Cade is currently a guest player with the U8 Project 2017 team. The Hagans also have two other children in the club; Demi on the U10 girls Orange and Toni on the U8 Girls Navy where her mother Deby is the team manager. After hearing about the tragedy in Haiti, Cade decided to change his party into a benefit. He invited his friends and extended an open invitation to CFJ players to join him at Player Indoor Sports in Naperville for a small side games and soccer clinic. Players paid a $10 dollars to participate. There was an additional fee for players who wished to challenge Chicago Fire captain CJ Brown to a one verses one. The event was a success raising over $800 as roughly 65 players attended event.

CFJ would like to extend a thank you to Cade Hagan, the Hagan family, and CJ Brown for their generosity and applauded them for creating such a benefit for the victims in Haiti.
