CFJ Player Registration
This is for registration to teams not registration for tryouts. For all tryout information click here.
All players need to complete steps 1 and 2 to be fully registered.
STEP 1: e7 Registration Link (new members only). To add a sibling login into your existing account and "add" player.
Complete “step 1”, the on-line registration. Complete the on-line registration (new members only); important: step 1 is the only avenue the club uses to communicate with next year’s members through the summer months.
STEP 2: Player Forms will be sent to you via email once tryout evaluation has taken place and your team assignment is in the office.
After you complete registration you will be able to order your uniform, a email uniform ordering link will be sent to you.
